GC Regalo is operated by Sodexo Benefits and Rewards Services Philippines with official address at the 11th floor B.A Lepanto Building, 8747 Paseo De Roxas Street, Makati City, Philippines.

You confirm that by accessing this website, you are bound by the terms and conditions set forth below. We reserve the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of these terms and conditions at any time and will promptly provide notice of the change in the GC Regalo website. Your continued use of our site following any modifications will be deemed to constitute acceptance of such modifications.


You will be required to register upon availing of the services offered by the GC Regalo website. In doing so, you agree to provide accurate and current information about yourself, and to promptly update this should there be changes. The details collected here are necessary in order for us to fulfil the processing and delivery of your order.

Every user of the GC Regalo website is responsible for keeping passwords and other account identifiers safe and secure. The account owner is entirely responsible for all activities that occur under such password or account. 


Once you have registered, you may place an order following the step by step guide in the ordering module. Upon completion, you will be sent an e-mail indicating the details of your order and a confirmation of the receipt of your order.  Please do ensure that you check your e-mail regularly once you’ve placed an order should we reach out to you if there are clarifications regarding your details or your order.

Should you use a different credit card, you will be required to submit necessary documents for verification and security purposes. These includes but not limited to the following:

a.) Scanned copy of at least two (2) valid IDs of the Credit Card holder

b.) Authorization letter

c.) Front copy of the Credit Card used.


Upon delivery of the package, you or your chosen gift recipient should confirm to inspect the package for any obvious defects or damage before you sign for delivery. If the package is tampered, refuse acceptance and inform us within 24 hours so that we may request our nominated couriers to return the package to us for our inspection and either re-deliver this or send you a new set of vouchers/gift certificates. Keep the delivery receipt in case of future discussions with Sodexo Benefits and Rewards Services Philippines.

Should the chosen area of delivery is out of the delivery zone or not serviceable as per our 3rd party courier coverage, we will inform you using the contact details that you have provided to us and your recipient to arrange either pick up at the nearest courier’s pick up branch or delivery to an alternative address covered by our courier.

If delivery is delayed through you or your gift recipient’s unreasonable refusal to accept delivery or if you or your beneficiary does not accept delivery or collect the vouchers/gift certificates from the courier despite the lack of any evidence showing that this has been tampered with, then we may (without affecting any other right or remedy available to us) do either or both of the following:

a.) charge you for our reasonable storage fee and other costs reasonably incurred by us; or

b.) no longer make the voucher available for delivery or collection and notify you that we are immediately cancelling the applicable transaction, in which case we will refund to you or your credit or debit card company as applicable any money already paid to us under the applicable transaction, less our reasonable administration charges


Should you wish to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service Team via e-mail at inquiry@gcregalo.com. No cancellation fees apply.

However, once an order has been dispatched or received by the customer or nominated gift recipient, such cancellation will result in a cancellation fee and the vouchers (If already received by the customer or nominated gift recipient) must be returned to Sodexo according to the guidelines to be provided to you by the Customer Service Team. The cancellation fee shall cover the costs incurred in processing your order. The money will be refunded back on the credit card/debit card used for payment.


Neither Party shall be in default or otherwise liable for any delay in, or failure of, its performance under this Agreement where such delay or failure arises by reason of any case of force majeure including any government or any governmental body, war, insurrection, the elements, strikes or labour disputes, or other similar or dissimilar cause beyond the control of such party. 


The Terms and Conditions and your use of the Website shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the law of the Philippines.
